STABILIZING PROGRAM AZ

FOLLOWS STANDARD DIET (LASTS CA.1 MONTH)

DIET CHARACTERISTICS:
The stabilizing program of the AZ Diet aims at a gradual elimination of cocktails from the diet and replacing them with balanced, diverse meals. This is a balanced calorie and protein, low carbohydrate and low fat diet. It aims at consolidation of rational nutrition principles  which guarantees the success of the whole therapy. The length of AZ Stabilizing program is estimated for 4 weeks. During the Stabilizing Program you should drink only water, freshly prepared vegetable juices, coffee and tea without sugar. Starting from week 3 occasionally a glass of red, dry wine with lunch or dinner is allowed.

WEEK  I

BREAKFAST:
– portion of cocktail (preparing instructions as in the Standard Diet)
– coffee or tea (no sugar)
– natural yogurt 0%.
LUNCH:
– meal consisting of products from the List of Allowed Products
DINNER:
– instead of the cocktail introduce a meal consisting of anything from the List of Allowed Products
(e.g. soup + 2 hard boiled eggs + natural 0% fat yogurt)

WEEK II

BREAKFAST:
–as you like it. Reduce sweet and fat breads.
–Tea/coffee (no sugar).
LUNCH:
– in addition to products from the List of Allowed Products – introduce carbohydrates every
second day in the form of rice, pasta, cereal or potatoes (suggested amount of cooked
product – one cup), if you feel like it, one fruit before the meal is allowed.
DINNER:
– make it only with products from the List of Allowed Products.

If you notice weight gain, it may indicate that you introduced the carbohydrates to the diet too early or that you eat too much. In such case you do not move to week 3, but repeat week 2,
Eat green beans instead of carbohydrates (rice, potatoes, cereal or pasta) for lunch. If you maintain the same weight throughout the week – repeat week 2 but eat carbohydrates every second day. If you do not gain weight until the end of the week, you can move to week 3.
If you happen to eat more occasionally:  the next day replace breakfast (optionally also dinner) with AZ Cocktail and drink 2 ampules of elixir with mineral water.

WEEK III

BREAKFAST:
– same as week II
LUNCH:
– in addition to products from the List of Allowed Products, you can introduce carbohydrates every
day, but only for one meal (lunch or dinner)
+ 1 fruit before the meal (if you feel like it).
+ a glass of dry red wine on the weekend  (if you feel like it).
DINNER:
– use only products from the List of Allowed Products

If you eat more carbohydrates for lunch – compose your dinner mainly of lettuce or green beans.
If you observe weight gain – go back to the previous week.
If you maintain the weight you achieved – move to week IV.

WEEK IV

BREAKFAST:
– same as week II. Introduce butter (for toasts), if you feel like it.
LUNCH:
– same as  week II. Introduce pasteurized (hard) cheese, but in small amounts and only
for one meal
+ 1 fruit at the end of the meal (if you feel like it).
+ a glass of dry red wine on the weekend (if you feel like it).
DINNER:
– use only products from the List of Allowed Products

If at the end of week IV you maintain the weight you achieved – you can introduce for dinner and lunch all products, including those listed as Not Allowed Products during the diet (once per day and in moderate portions).

 

AFTER THE THERAPY

TREATMENTS AND PRODUCTS

Continue the following treatments for at least a month, until your weight stabilizes:

  • Algae Bath (Sea Water Reconstructor) minimum 3 times a week
  • CreamsIvy Silhouette Cream (slimming) or Rock Samphire Silhouette Cream (anti-cellulite) – apply immediately after the bath. For best results, add to the creams 7-10 drops of Silhouette Essential Oil Complex
  • Algae Marine Capsules (if you feel hungry, take 1 or 2 capsules) see directions on the leaflet
  • Algae Marine Elixir – 1 ampoule a day dissolved in mineral water see directions on the leaflet
    and also
  • Bust and Body Firming Cream (on skin areas with reduced firmness);
  • Whole body peeling with Body Algopeel once a week
  • Remember to finish up every bath with a cold, firming shower
  • Drink 2,5 l of mineral water every day
  • We recommend increased physical activity.

If you gain weight

  • Reduce your food intake and replace your evening meals with AZ Diet Cocktail
  • introduce Algae Marine Elixir ampoules as recommended  on the leaflet
  • Take Algae Baths (Sea Water Reconstructor) more frequently
  • Apply slimming treatment:  8-day program once in three months or 21-day program once in six months, until your body mass remains on the same level and you acquire healthy eating habits.

COMMENTS:

The best therapeutic effects are achieved by embarking on the AZ DIET and simultaneously taking AZ DIET supplements and algae treatments, increasing exercise level and taking algae baths, which significantly support the slimming process. In addition to stimulating the process of fat burning, they intensely detoxify the whole body. Algae baths, in combination with suggested creams, considerably improve skin condition, preventing its flaccidity during the slimming process.

HOW TO RETAIN THE WEIGHT

  • ALWAYS eat 3 MEALS A DAY (then the body does not have a need to store)
  • NEVER MISS A MEAL, even if you are not hungry, because the hunger can return twice as strong
  • In exceptional cases replace a meal with Algae Marine Elixir (1 ampule dissolved in a glass of water)
  • ALWAYS eat SLOWLY, chewing every bite. This will make you eat less and pay more attention to the quality and taste of your meal
  • NEVER TAKE SECONDS
  • NEVER EAT SNACKS. Eliminate any snacks in between the meals
  • ELIMINATE sweet drinks
  • EVERY DAY drink minimum 2,5 l of mineral water
  • You can eat sweets, but in small amounts and only during the meal or right after it (breakfast or lunch). In the afternoons and in the evenings try to avoid products containing larger amounts of sugar
  • IN CASE OF OCCASIONAL OVEREATING – on the next day replace two meals with the cocktail and drink 2 ampules of Algae Marine Elixir dissolved in mineral water
  • THE STRUCTURE OF MEALS eaten during the day:  the majority of products should be from the „the List of Allowed Products”, try to reduce the amount of those from „the List of Not Allowed Products”
  • Eat A LOT OF FRESH GREEN VEGETABLES
  • Fish or meat should be cooked, grilled or roasted (preferably with lemon, avoid using sauces), avoid fried dishes
  • THE OPTIMAL SOLUTION for your health and figure would be:
    — Reducing of meat consumption (till one meat meal a week) and replacing it by fish or
    leguminous plants
    — Complete elimination of cow sweet milk
    — Not linking carbohydrates and proteins in one meal
  • IN CASE OF FEELING HUNGRY – drink mineral water. You can support yourself with two Algae Marine Capsules with a glass of water
  • EXERCISE. In general, try to be active (walk, run, swim)

The passage of time, as well as omnipresent and easily available processed foods with the most dangerous products like sweets, fat snacks and sweet drinks – are not our allies in the battle for maintaining ideal figure. For this reason, conscious eating is of paramount importance.

and remember that physical activity not only helps to lose weight and stay healthy, but primarily prevents us from gaining weight.
