AZ GENERAL RULES FOR PREVENTING RECURRENT WEIGHT GAIN:
- ALWAYS eat 3 MEALS A DAY (then the body does not have a need to store).
- NEVER MISS A MEAL, even if you are not hungry, because the hunger can return twice as strong. In exceptional cases (if you do not feel like eating at all) replace a meal with Algae Marine Elixir (1 ampule dissolved in a glass of water).
- ALWAYS eat SLOWLY, chewing every bite. This will make you eat less and pay more attention to the quality and taste of your meal.
- NEVER TAKE SECONDS during the meals.
- NEVER EAT SNACKS. Eliminate any snacks in between the meals.
- ELIMINATE sweet drinks.
- EVERY DAY drink 1,5 l of water.
- You can eat sweets, nuts, ice cream, sweet yogurts, etc., but in small amounts and only during the meal or right after it (breakfast and lunch). In the afternoon and in the evening try to avoid products containing larger amounts of sugar.
- IN CASE OF Occasional OVEREATING – on the next day replace two meals with the cocktail and drink 2 ampules of Algae Marine Elixir dissolved in a glass of water.
- THE STRUCTURE OF MEALS eaten during the day: the majority of products should be from the list of allowed products, try to reduce the amount of those from the list of not allowed products.
- In general, eat A LOT OF FRESH GREEN VEGETABLES.
- Meat or fish should be grilled, cooked or roasted (preferably with lemon, avoid using sauces), avoid fried dishes.
- IN CASE OF FEELING HUNGRY – drink mineral water. You can support yourself with two Algae Marine Capsules with a glass of water.
- EXERCISE. In general, try to move a lot and be active.
Please be aware that the diet which allows you to achieve the proper weight is a program to be followed throughout the whole year, not just before the carnival or holidays. The passage of time, as well as omnipresent and easily available processed foods with the most dangerous products – sweets, fat snacks and sweet drinks – are not our allies in the battle for maintaining ideal figure. For this reason, conscious eating is of paramount importance.
